The idea of this concept project was to inculcate a building in a rock, surrounded by nature and the city. The road that is located nearby starts in Milan and ends in the Alps, where the Olympic Games 2026 are to be held. Therefore, this multifunctional complex should serve as a transit area for visitors, offering a shopping center, spa area, sports area, cafes and restaurants, a university research area, offices, and a hotel. Moreover, visitors would be intended to fully integrate with nature on either side of the building, which itself is sustained through the generation and conservation of energy, materials, and the use of innovative climate control technology. Furthermore, the highlight of the project is the ski slope from the top floor of the building to the first one, which in summer serves as a large green area.
