The project of a residential private two-story house in the Moscow region was developed following the client brief and was designed for a family with two children. An important element of the project was the communication with customers and the fulfillment of all their requirements and preferences. The project site has a steep slope with a height difference throughout the entire plot of
12.01 m. The projected building has two floors with a total area of 482.21 sq.m. The building has a load-bearing reinforced concrete frame. The external walls are made of Ytong aerated concrete blocks with a masonry thickness of 500 mm & with an outer layer of a curtain facade of two types: curtain panels of white Hill Cross Fell artificial stone cladding in black color and curtain wooden elements of the plank type.
